Voltaire's Nightmare conversions require a working HPM installation. Seamlessly integrating any given outcome of European squabbles over 800 years into a canonical 1836 start date (as far as the rest of the world is concerned) was no easy task, and it's something we'll continue to work on and tweak in the foreseeable future.
